安徽省潜山县乡村医疗现状与医学生基层服务意识现况调查
Investigation and Analysis of Anhui Province Qianshan county Medical Status of Rural and Student Grassroots Service Consciousness
摘要
Abstract
Objective It has been known of the degree of lacking rural doctors, their education background and medical technology level through field research and then the status of rural medical system can be got. Through questionnaire, it has been known of medical students' employment psychology, choosing tendency of employment area, sense of serving for primary hospital and the reasons of not wil ing to enter grass-roots. Therefore, the thesis provides specific guidance for grass root service of medical students and leads more medical students to participate in the vil age and community clinics. Methods Making questionnaire aiming at the students of six dif erent majors from Grade 2009 to Grade 2013: Through questionnaire, it has been known of medical students' employment psychology, choosing tendency of employment area, sense of serving for primary hospital ,Meanwhile,To have an interview with some relative health bureau of icials from Qianshan, Anqing City, Anhui Provence. Results For 1420 students investigated, 61.5 percent of them are not wil ing to work in the primary hospitals and only 38.2% can accept that. In fact, most medical students don't know clearly about the policies of grass-roots medical graduate employment and only 4.3% know about it. Besides, there is staf shortage in Township hospitals and the education degree of those doctors is low.There are only 24 undergraduates among 603 workers at post in health clinics in towns and townships.(The proportion is 4.0 percent.) Conclusion On the one hand, government should reinforce the education of general practice students, publicity ef ort, employment guidance and encourage more medical students to the construction of basic-level medical service;on the other hand, government should invest more on the hardware construction and improve the medical conditions of grass-root service.关键词
