Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between H-hypertension and coronary artery lesion severity.Methods 129 cases diagnosed "Hypertension" voluntary underwent coronary angiography and measure their homocysteine level.According to the coronary angiography results,they were divided into CHD group and non-CHD group,according to the level of homocysteine,they were divided into H-hypertension group and non-H-hypertension group.Results H-hypertensive patients are more likely to suf er from coronary heart disease. In the evaluation of severity of coronary lesions Gensini score and count areas, H-type hypertensive patients more susceptible to two or more vessel disease, Gensini score higher.Conclusion The severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with CHD is related to H-hypertension,a patient with H-hypertension and CHD ,his or her severity of coronary artery lesion may be more serious.关键词
