Abstract
Objective To compare the value between Intravenous pyelography and computed tomography urography in diagnosing disease of bladder cancer. Methods Col ect the data from 46 patients (checked by IVP and CTU) with clinical confirmed bladder cancer, then analysis statistical y the diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic value between IVP and CTU in diagnosing disease of bladder cancer. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of diagnosing bladder cancer with IVP and CTU is respectively 65.2%, 97.8%. These dif erences suggest a statistic meaning ( <0.05), IVP can display the upper urinary tract tumor and hydroureter caused by bladder cancer ,and CTU on the basis of further display lesions of sur ounding tissues and metastasis, etc. Conclusion The value of CTU examination in diagnosis of bladder cancer was significantly higher than that of IVP examination.关键词
