摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and summarize traumatic spleen rupture non-surgical methods and measures for the treatment of clinical nursing.Methods The non-surgical treatment of the clinical data of 34 cases of traumatic spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed.principle,to avoid al the causative factors of splenic hemor hage,pay close at ention to the patient's condition changes,given nursing intervention in patients with timely and accurate.Results 32 cases of non-operative treatment success,2 cases of spleen hemor hage increased transit surgery.Conclusion Timely and accurate nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of patients,patients with preserved spleen,improve the quality of the survival of patients after rehabilitation.关键词
