Abstract
Objective To analyze the ef ectiveness of clinical care on patients with severe respiratory medicine. Methods 66 cases of patients with severe respiratory medicine from 2013 to 2014 were randomly divided into observe group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases). Compared to the control group, the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group, and the ef ect of the patient care was analyzed. Results The nursing ef icient of the observation group was significantly bet er than that of the control group ( <0.05). In the index of indicators improvements of PaO2, PaCO2, PaO2, PaCO2, respiratory rate and heart rate, the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve patients' blood indicators and control disease progression, which deserves to be promoted in the clinic.关键词
