Abstract
Our department in 2010 October to 2011 October, were treated in 26 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, clinical symptoms are usual y pale, spirit is dispirited, upper abdominal pain, accompanied by nausea, hematemesis, hematochezia, blood pressure dropped occasional y, a smal number of patients the symptom is heavier, have less urine, blood pressure decreased obviously. Treatment methods:most of the patients given bed rest, and actively supplement liquid, expansion of blood volume, hemostatic, pay at ention to diet and other symptomatic treatment. Curative ef ect: 18 cases recovered, 7 cases excel ent, 1 cases in which conservative treatment without improvement in Department of internal medicine, turn after surgical operation treatment. From the basic nursing, psychological nursing, diet nursing, health education aspects, using the comprehensive method of nursing, is of positive significance to the rehabilitation of the patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemor hage.关键词
