Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinic ef icacy of bipolar electrocoagulation used in serious epistaxis treatment under nasal endoscopy.Methods Al of 86 patients who had serious haemorrhagia nasalis from March 2012 to August 2014 were randomly divided into observation group of 46 patients and a control group of 40 patients.Al patients in the observation group,using bipolar electrocoagulation treatment under nasal endoscopy.While 40cases in the control group were used traditional medication as wel as hemostasis with packs such as petroleum jel y and mecbe.After 6 months,ef iciency of two groups were observed and compared.Results The observation group was 100% ef ective,while the control group was 62.5%.So the treatment had a significant meaning in statistics by comparing with the two groups ( <0.05).Conclusion The hemostasis ef icacy of bipolar electrocoagulation used in epistaxis treatment under nasal endoscopy,can be used to find the bleeding part orthoptical .It has many advantages such as simplicity of operator,slight trauma ,less complication and high cure rate.It is worthy of clinical use.关键词
