Abstract
Objective To establish a determination of hydrochloric acid water inStachydrine hydrochloride content method. Methods The thin layer scanning method for determining the content of Stachydrine hydrochloride, wavelength:lambda s=508 nm, lambda R=670 nm. Results Stachydrine hydrochloride in the concentration range of 10.18 ~10.18 mu g point sample amount inside sex good, r=0.9962. The average recovery was 97.9%, RSD=3.1%.Conclusion Method is simple, high sensitivity, good specificity, can be used for quality control in the preparation.关键词
