摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical features of rheumatoid arthritis and pain nursing ef ect. Methods Select 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (ra) as the research object, by using dice it randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups (30 cases); Both groups choose slow-acting drug rheumatism for medication, while control group of traditional comprehensive nursing, pain nursing observation group;Compare two groups of patients with pain score and quality of life score changes before and after the treatment. Results Two groups after treatment VAS pain score comparison(2.02±0.62VS3.12±0.58);Anxiety scores compare(35.5±9.5VS53.4±11.6);Sleep score comparison(3.94±0.6VS7.56±1.4). Conclusion Long-term hard times, the pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, according to patients condition, formulate specific pain nursing plan, can ef ectively improve the pain symptoms, improve quality of life, is worth popularization and application.关键词
