摘要
Abstract
Objective Compare and analyse the influence of total intravenous anesthesia and inhalation anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients. Methods Select our hospital 45 patients were abdominal operation as the research object, aged between 59 and 71 years old, randomly divided into 3 groups, groupA(isofluranegroup), groupB (sevoflurane group), groupC(intravenous group). Analyse and compare the results of three groups. Results The patients in the three groups of gender, age, operation time, anesthesia time, blood transfusion and bleeding amount had no statistical significance ,and the time of eyes open in group A is longer than group B ,Time to extubation after surgery group A is longer than group B,But the dif erence is no statistical y significant. But eyes open time and extubation time in group C was significantly shorter than the group A and group B, the dif erence had statistical y significant. Conclusion Inhalation anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia are both suitable for elderly operation patients, al can decrease cognitive function in the short period after operation , but total intravenous anesthesia recovery time is shorter than inhalation anesthesia . recovery ef ect is bet er.关键词
