Abstract
Objective To explore the five step of prenatal ultrasound screening test in the diagnosis of cardiac malformation fetus clinical application value,thought that wil provide a scientific basis for its popularization and application.Methods Selecting a hospital in May 2012 to 2012 treated 200 cases of gestational age 15~40 weeks pregnant women,implementation of prenatal ultrasound screening for the detection of suspected cardiac malformation fetus five-step method to check,and check with echocardiography and the autopsy compared to,explore the five steps for diagnosing value.Results A total of 15 cases of 200 cases of fetal cardiac malformation fetus.The five step of ultrasonic inspection method,including 13 cases of detection,diagnosis accuracy rate 86.7%,2 cases of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis was 13.3%.With serious cardiac malformation diagnostic accuracy 100%.Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound screening five-step method can ef ectively and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis of cardiac malformation fetus,and has high clinical value,is worth popularizing in the future work in the clinical diagnosis.关键词
