摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application ef ect of diclofenac sodium suppository in artificial abortion.Methods From 2010 January to 2013 October in our hospital 100 cases of artificial abortion in pregnant women,were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group,In the observation group, the 50mg of diclofenac sodium embolization into the rectum in 1 hours before operation;The control group before the operation is not special treatment,Comparison the Cervical dilatation and abortion syndrome reflects the situation,operation time and bleeding volume.Results In the observation group, reduce the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome, reduce the operation time obviously. Intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced.Conclusion Diclofenac sodium suppositories in induced abortion drug delivery method is simple,obvious ef ect,high safety,grassroots service station has the advantages of convenient application,is worthy of further promotion.关键词
