Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect and analysis of the use of digestive tract hemor hage in patients with omeprazole treatment.Methods To col ect my hospital for treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the 120 clinical cases of patients were randomly divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases, control group with cimetidine therapy, the observation group used omeprazole injection treatment, observe and compare the therapeutic ef ect of two groups of patients.Results In the observation group were accepted after 1 courses of treatment,the total ef ective rate was 98.34%,significantly bet er than the control group 73.34%,contrast group dif erences were significant, <0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding should be the first choice of omeprazole treatment scheme,not only the hemostasis speed,and high safety,less adverse reaction,the curative ef ect is significant,worthy of promotion.关键词
