Abstract
Objective Compare MEBO and Cassim silver zinc cream (凯新银新霜) in the treatment of secong-degree burns ef icacy.Methods We randomly select 50cases of secong-degree burns patients,a group with MEBO,another group was treated with Cassim silver zinc cream.Observed the groups healing,the ef ect of pain,the incidence of infection.Results I degree burns Mabel analgesic ef ect superior to Cassim silver zinc cream paste,shal ow I degree burns Cassim silver zinc cream superior to Mabel in the aspect of wound healing time,but, in the aspect of inhibitory ef ect Mabel than Cassim silver zinc cream poor.Conclusion MEBO in treating deep II degree burn wounds with silver sulfadiazine was no obvious advantage,shoud be used as appropriate.关键词
