Abstract
Rsearch nurse occupies the center of the integral in drug clinical trials and coordination. this paper studies the nurse basic requirements, selection, training, duties, etc., and provide a basis for the study of nurse team construction, promote the development of adapt to the situation of our country's research nurses, so as to guarantee the quality of drug clinical trials.关键词
