脑出血患者血液流变学分析研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheological parameters in patients with cerebral hemor hage, understand its clinical application value. Methods 68 cases of patients with hemorrhage of blood rheology detection diagnosed brain. Another 70 healthy persons were masterpieces. Results The patients with cerebral hemor hage in the plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index were higher than those in the control group ( <0.05), but there were no statistical dif erences in the concentration of fibrinogen, hematocrit, Casson viscosity and the control group ( >0.05). Conclusion Blood Rheology examination has great significance for the diagnosis and prevention of cerebral hemor hage.关键词
