Abstract
Objective To observe the minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment on the clinical ef ect of urinary stones with infection. Methods Select our hospital urinary stones on the co-infection of a total of 90 cases of patients,in the phaseⅠcolostomy,the use of percutaneous renal biopsyⅡperiod to suf er nephrolithotomy,to study its after treatment.Results Observe the surgical results of 90 cases were found,the percutaneous nephrolithotomy,a total of 100 times,single channel is the main path,are 68.21%of the whole, Ⅰclearance rate is 80.09%,and the removal of the whole stone rate was 97.03%,the incidence of complications during treatment of patients with fever (15.34%),renal inflammation around 11.02%,the dif erence statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment on urinary stones co-infection can improve the level of treatment.关键词
