Abstract
Medical Col ege Teaching accident is the current medical schools are a common problem, teaching accident is one kind does not meet the operational standards and working standards of behavior,the development of teaching accidents for the normal teaching work has greatly hindered the role and af ects the normal teaching work and improving the quality of teaching, It embodies the teaching management of medical col ege performance from another level. Teaching secretary's work for the prevention of teaching accidents plays an important role in. Below, the author teaching secretarial duties and teaching accident type and reason make an introduction.
