摘要

Abstract

Object ive To investigate the ef ect of decoction of Poxue and Tianjing on the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor GSK-3βand its receptor to the perihematomal tissue in experimental ICH Rats.Methods Using WISTAR rats as the model rats of cerebral hemor hage.It is designed to observe the ef ect of the behavioristic index that how the Decoction of Poxue and Tianjing could improve the neurological deficit of the rats.There is also a experiment which is designed to observe the protein expression of GSK-3β.Results Compared with the model control group,the positive drug group and the investigational drug groups rats'neurological signs are improved after 1 and 3 days'administration.At the third,the seventh and fourteenth day of administration,compared with the model group,high and medium-dose group damaged brain area GSK-3βquantity are clearly increased ( <0.05 or <0.01, <0.05). Conclusion The experiment has proved that the intracerebral hemorrhage rats'neurological deficit has been evidently improved by the Poxue and Tianjing prescription.And it has been proved from the molecular level that the mechanism might be increasing the expression of GSK-3βto the perihematomal tissue in experimental ICH rats.
