摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical validity of the urinary kal idinogenase, edaravone and butylphthalide using together in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group ( group A),control 1 group ( group B) and control 2 group ( group C),each of 50cases.On the basis of routine treatment,the group A was given urinary kal idinogenase, edaravone and butylphthalide for treatment;the group B was treated with Urinary Kal idinogenase and Edaravone; the group C was treated with routine treatment.The ADL scores of 3 groups before and after7,14 days of treatment were compared. Results Comparing with group B and group C, the ADL,NIHSS scores and the total clinical ef iciencyof group A were improved,the dif erenceswere statistical y significant ( P<0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ects of the urinary kal idinogenase,edaravone combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction are obvious.关键词
