摘要
Abstract
Objective To study ultrasound in the diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism application value.Methods Select subclinical hypothyroidism and 30 cases as the observation group,and 30 healthy volunteers as control group,al application of color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument for inspection.Results Observation group study on the right or left lobe thyroid lines compared with the control group subjects,and were significantly wider,more dif erences statistical y significant( <0.01).Research object the Vmax of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the value of PI significantly lower than the control group,the AT value significantly longer than the control group,the comparison between groups of any of the above value dif erences were statistical y significant( <0.01);But the RI values to compare dif erences between them have no statistical significance( >0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound has simple operation,low cost,no radiation,no damage,can be observed clearly hemodynamic,etc.关键词
