Abstract
Objective here are many probations in Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching at present, to motivate students and improve the teaching quality of Obstetrics and gynecology. It wil be useful to improve the quality of teaching in obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods Chongqing Medical University Of in 2010 five year students of clinical medicine as the object of teaching reform, each trainee class divided into 4 groups, each group of 7~10 students, using case based learning, the teacher provides a typical case, the group as the unit within group analysis and discussion, by 1~2 students summary speech, and then to the class for al students of unit joint reviews scored each student's performance, the teacher final y summarizes comments.AS a semester course of treatment and observation, the end of this term in the form of a questionnaire survey to determine the student's enthusiasm and participation.Results 95.5%of the students recognized self evaluation of CBL;92.7%of the students thought the independent evaluation of the CBL arouse the initiative of the students;91.1%of the students thought independent evaluation of CBL can stimulate the learning interest of Obstetrics and Gynecology;the overal teaching ef ectiveness 89.2%, to achieve the purpose of gynecology and obstetrics teaching.Conclusion Self evaluation of CBL model is accepted by students in probation of Obstetrics and gynecology. To improve the students' subjective initiative, for the knowledge of self cor ection, to medical students for clinical issues of self summary and improvement of clinical thinking mode, scientific and rigorous;it is worthy to application in gynecology and obstetrics teaching.关键词
