Abstract
Objective To explore the CO2 laser with photodynamic therapy clinical curative ef ect of pointed condyloma. Methods 100 cases of condyloma acuminatum patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group adopts CO2 laser treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the five-ammonia ketone pentanoic acid - photodynamic therapy.Results Observation group cure rate was 90.0%higher than that of control group 50%,the recur ence rate was 10%less than 50%of the control group,with statistical significance( <0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment with no statistical significance ( >0.05).Observation group after treatment of inflammatory factor levels lower than the control group,with statistical significance( <0.05).Conclusion CO2 laser light power can improve the ef ect of the treatment of condyloma acuminatum and reduce the recur ence rate.关键词
