摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ects of Meticulous Nursing in preterm infants.Methods 60 preterm infants from Jnue 2011 to Jnue 2013 in Department of Pediatrics be divided into the test group and control group.Al the infants given appropriate rehabilitation traning,such as warming、observation、prevention of infection.The experimental group added bird's nest warm box、feeding guidence、health education Psychological comfort discharge guidance.Results The weight recovery time、sleeping time and feeding amout in test group remarkably higher than in control group,the dif erences were satatistical y significant( <0.05).Conclusion Meticulous Nursing in preterm infants promote the growth and development of infants.关键词
