Abstract
Objective Analysisof cholecystectomy (LC) in bile ductinjury factors and prevention measures.Methods Reviewof clinical records of 32 cases of bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the patients,summarize the ef ective preventive measures.Results Al cases were post cholecystectomy,bile duct injury occur ed after operation,after cured,fol owed up for more than one year.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy should be ful y see the biliary structure during the operation,strictoperationstandard,to prevent excessive self-confidence,so as not to drop one's guard,bile duct injury.关键词
