Abstract
Objective To study the dif icult weaning factors of patients with mechanical ventilation, improve weaning success. Methods Clinical analysis of 45 cases of patients with dif icult weaning. Results Found in patients with dif icult weaning factors in the fol owing order:Physiological indexes in patients with abnormal development, primary disease and serious complications, doctors grasp of weaning time, airway management, and patient's state of mind, psychological dependence are also factors that impact patients ' weaning. Conclusion For weaning e problems in addition to treatment of patients with primary disease, control of its complications, cor ect physiological indicators in patients with clinicians acquire suitable for weaning time window, airway management, strict prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia occur weaning as soon as possible for patients is also very important.关键词
