Abstract
Objective To train operating room new recruits nurses scientifical y and systematical y.To improve the basic theoretical knowledge and technical ability of operating room new recruits nurses, And improve the ef iciency and shorten the time of training.Methods Training our department 11 new recruits nurses with three-stage training model,taking six months.This training model includes basic theoretical knowledge training,basic skil s training and specialist skil s training.Evaluate the results by examinations and satisfaction surveys.Results Compared with the traditional teaching,it gained satisfactory results through three-stage training model.New recruits nurses acquired great clinical adaptability,fast character conversion,strong sense of responsibility,harmonious nurse-patient relationship,satisfaction improved and standard technology practices.Conclusion The three-stage training model is conducive to comprehensively improve the overal quality and ability of nurses, ensuring the smooth progress of health care work.关键词
