Abstract
The medical record duplication by EMS delivery to the hands of patients is the unanimous desire of patients, patients on the day of discharge or apply to the competent physician in the hospital medical record, fil in application, and by a competent physician review of their identity, to record room for duplication the medical record courier service, address and telephone number are provided in accordance with record duplication applicants may complete the record duplication service work. The method, reduces the field with time and economic burden of travel, but also protects the privacy of patients, and improves the work ef iciency and the duplication of the writing quality of medical records; improve medical record management level of service, patient satisfaction is also greatly improved.关键词
