Abstract
Now increasingly heated the doctor-patient relationship has caused the wide at ention of the society, to explore ef ective measures to al eviate the doctor-patient relationship, the results of the humanization nursing management after the nurses job satisfaction scale scores were increased, most project scores compared with before the humanization nursing management, statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05);The humanization nursing management improved patients satisfaction of nursing, very pleased with care and satisfactory cases compared with before acting, the dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05). Nursing staf in the humanization nursing management measures actively, can significantly improve patient satisfaction of hospital care, greatly program to al eviate the doctor-patient relationship, is worth popularizing widely.关键词
