摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of comfort nursing care in operating room nursing,analysis of the clinical ef ect.Methods Choose in October 2013 to October 2013 in our hospital for surgery patients 186 cases as the research object,93 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 93 cases,control group implements the regular operating room nursing, observation group of comfortable nursing in the control group on the basis of the operating room.Comparative observation group and control group in pain grading,tension before and after operation and nursing satisfaction.Results Two groups of patients with postoperative pain grade I (68.82%,68.82%)and class I pain (27.96%,53.76%)percentage dif erence have statistical significance ( <0.05);Observation group nursing satisfaction(88.17%)than the control group(58.06%),optimal( <0.05).Conclusion The application of the operating room nursing patients comfortable nursing can ef ectively reduce postoperative pain,relieve patients with tension,improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
