摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of resistin at dif erent concentrations on the expressions of fibrinolytic factor tissue plasminogen aetivator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cel s (HUVECs).Methods HUVECs within 3~4 passages were incubated with dif erent concentrations resistin (0,25,50,100ng/ml) for 6,24,48h respectively. Levels of t-PA and PAI-1 antigen in the supernatant were assayed with ELISA kits. Results t-PA protein level increased, while PAI-1 protein level decreased significantly after resistin (25,50,100ng/ml) treated for 24~48h ( <0.05). Conclution High levels of resistin may accelerate thrombosis development by inhibiting fibrinolytic activity by virtue of its ef ects on t-PA and PAI-1expression.关键词
