Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ects of two anesthesia methods in hip replacement of old patients. Methods 68 old patients who were conducted the hip replacement in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 34 patients in each group. In the observation group, there were conducted the general anesthesia while in the control group, they were conducted the epidural anesthesia. Then, the anesthesia ef ects of both groups were compared. Results The dif erences of rhythm of heart and the blood pressure in two groups did not have statistical significance ( >0.05). However, after the anesthesia, the dif erences of rhythm of heart and the blood pressure in two groups had statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion These two anesthesia methods can meet the need of the operations, however, they have dif erent ef ects on the rhythm of heart and the blood pressure. Thus, in hip replacement of old patients, dif erent anesthesia methods should be chosen according to the realistic situations.关键词
