Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and reasons of the aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 363 patients with. Results 363 patients were treated, 19 cases of death, including esophageal variceal bleeding in 17 cases, 1 cases of renal failure, 1 cases of malignant tumor, the other patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion Clinicians should be aware of the elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding causes and characteristics, targeted prevention and treatment, improve the quality of life.关键词
