Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect analysis of naloxone treatment in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods In our hospital from 2011 to 2013 a total of 100 cases of cerebral thrombosis,as the object of this research,we put these patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,the control group received routine treatment,the observation group received routine treatment and naloxone treatment,car ies out a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical ef ects.Results After the treatment and the statistics, the patients in the observation group the ef ective rate was 82%, the ef ective rate of the control group of patients is 62%. Show the neural function defect of patients in the two groups, the control group were more serious, the higher the treatment ef ect, low recur ence rate. Conclusion Cerebral thrombosis patients received naloxone treatment has a good ef ect, the use of the comparative method in clinical treatment of promotion, al ow more patients to benefit.关键词
