Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef ect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the termination of early pregnancy.Methods A veview of 120 cases of clinical y diagnosed patients with early pregnancy,150mg oral administration of mifestone tablets with empty stomach in the first morning,at 8:00am of the third day,0.6mg misoprostol tablets were placed in the vaginal vault with empty stomach,observation of the gestational sac discharge situation.Results The complete abortion 96 cases,accounting for 80percent;the incomplete abortion 16 cases,accounts for 13.3percent;the abortion failure 8cases,accounting for 6.7percent.The total ef ective rate was 93.3 percent.Conclusion The application of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the early pregnancy has the high success rate with safety and ef ective,which is worth for generalization.关键词
