Abstract
Objective To further explore in elderly patients with hip fracture line joint replacement treatment ef ect,and analyze the related problems in treatment.Methods According to our hospital in January 2000~February 2000,54 cases treated by clinical treatment in elderly patients with hip fracture,total joint replacement in patients with treatment,the treatment ef ect and the related problems in treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results In al patients with postoperative fol ow-up time was 12 to 60 months.Har is scoring mechanism is adopted to improve the score,score 41 people,scoring 9,and score four people,always fine rate was 92.59%.Preoperative scoring average(52.31±2.03)points,after scoring average(88.91±1.21).Conclusion The replacement of the old patients with hip fracture has significant clinical therapeutic ef ect,short treatment time,patients with less time in bed,fast recovery activities,can ef ectively prevent the occur ence of related complications,and treatment of the long-term stability of the ideal,in clinical promotion.关键词
