Abstract
Objective Comparing the results of the UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer and microscopic examination of red blood cel s.Methods Midway through 744 cases of fresh urine respectively with UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer and microscopic test red blood cel;Using microscope to test the positive red blood cel s samples that had been detected by the UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer.Results Only 93 pieces of erythrocyte microscope testing result agrees with the UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer with the 63.7% rate.Conclusion UF-1000i urinalysis analyzer and microscopic examination detected urine red blood cel s results dif er,UF-1000i urine sediment analyzer method can be used as a screening method,not a substitute for microscopic examination,the two methods should be combined.关键词
