摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of detection of CA199 and CA242 by application of protein chip in diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.Methods CA199 and CA242 were determined and analyzed in 60 patients with pancreatic carcinoma,60 patients with non-pancreatic tumors.Results The serum levels of CA199 and CA242in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in the patients with pancreatic benign lesion ( <0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of CA199 and CA242 in case group was higher than control group,the dif erence has statistical significance ( <0.05).Phase I and I tumor marker for pancreatic carcinoma was lower than Phase I I,the dif erence was significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The detection of CA199 and CA242 is helpful for clinical diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and can be used as a screening index for the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma.关键词
