子宫内节育环下移对妇女健康的影响OA
Analysis of Intrauterine Contraceptive Ring Down the Impact on Women's Health
目的：探究子宫内节育环下移对妇女健康的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月在我院妇科就诊的子宫内节育环下移的女性患者80例，随机分为两组，对照组40例，观察组40例。对照组无处理，观察组给予子宫内节育环下移的纠正，观察两组患者的情况。结果观察组出现妇科疾病的人数少于对照组，意外妊娠的人数少于对照组，<0.05，差异显著，有统计学意义。结论子宫内节育环下移避孕的作用减小，发生妇科疾病的情况增加，影响妇女的健康，因此，妇女放置节育环者应定期检查节育环的位置。
