Abstract
Objective To studey the ef icacy and toxicity of Gemcitabine combined with Capitabine in treating advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods 38 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups,(1)19 cases of gemcitabine combined with capecitabine chemotherapy group,gemcitabine 1000mg/m2,Intravenous drip,30min,d1,8,capecitabine 1250 mg/m2 oral y bid d1-14.21 days per cycle. (2)19 cases of gemcitabine combined with Oxaliplatin chemotherapy group,gemcitabine 1000mg/m2,Intravenous drip,30min,d1,8,Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2 Intravenous drip,2h, d1.21 days per cycle.To studey the ef icacy and toxicity of two groups.Results There was no statistical dif erence in the total response rate and the clinical benefit rate between the 2 groups ( >0.05). The toxicity incidences of the Gemcitabine combined with capecitabine group were lower than gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin group ( <0.05).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with capecitabine chemotherapy is a safe and ef ective chemotherapy scheme of advanced pancreatic cancer.关键词
