解毒通络益肾导邪法治疗消渴肾病临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative ef ect of JieDu TongLuo Yishen DaoXie Therapy on improving clinical symptom,reducing proteinuria and blood sugar,then make the objective evaluation. Methods Patients with diabetic nephropathy(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney with blood stasis Toxin Syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(30cases)and the control group (30cases).Both groups treated on the base of alimentary control and regular treatment,and the treatment group added ZhuYang JieDu TongLuo DaoXie Decoction,while the control group added ZhuYang JieDu TongLuo Decoction.A course of treatment is 4 weeks,and observe two courses.Observe the improvement of clinical symptom,proteinuria and blood sugar changing before and after treatment. Results The total ef ective rate of treatment group is 83.3%,and the control group is 66.7%( <0.05),the treatment group has the apparent curative ef ect on cure proteinuria.Both groups have the ef ect of reducing blood sugar ( <0.01),but there is no apparent dif erences between them ( <0.05).The treatment group has apparent ef ect on improve main symptoms and bet er than the control group. Conclusion JieDu TongLuo Yishen DaoXie Therapy is bet er than JieDu TongLuo Yishen Therapy in treating diabetic nephropathy (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney with blood stasis Toxin Syndrome).It proves the cor ection of mo yuan theory and the importance of DaoXie therapy,and give a new thought and method for clinicians to cure.关键词
