Abstract
Objective This study is to discuss the clinical application value of immunological examination in prenatal examination. Methods 126 pregnant women admit ed in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were included as study objects. These pregnant women were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 63 women in each group. The pregnant women in the control group underwent routine prenatal examination and those in the observation group underwent both immunological examination and routine prenatal examination. The incidence of high-risk pregnancy was compared between these two groups. Results The total incidence of high-risk pregnancy in the observation group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (71.46%) and the dif erence between groups was of statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion The immunological examination in prenatal examination can detect and control high-risk pregnancy factors and ensure the safety of pregnancy.关键词
