Cost Investigation of Information Management in Immunization Site in Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective Understand the cost of conduct the information management in immunization site, to provide the reference for formulation of the input standard of information. Methods Survey the 168 immunization sites of information investment through the methods of scene view and questionnaire investigation. Results The immunization site's implement cost of information management and maintenance costs in county Center for Disease Control and prevention(CDC) are highest, the township hospital outpatient services are second, the community health service center is the lowest, the county CDC is 37487 and 16519*, the township hospital outpatient services is 14396 and 5797, the community health service center is 13178 and 5520. The cost information and maintenance of every 1000 new born children were 21160 and 9891. The cost of using the immune gold cards, SMS alerts and construction of the digital outpatient service were 13318,7638 and 174194 respectively. Conclusion Use the workload statistics the cost of information are more in line with the actual, we must invest 5.984 mil ion for the informatizationto immunization sites every years. The construction of digital outpatient service are cost more, it only apply to the daily outpatient volume larger sites.关键词
