Abstract
Objective To explore and study the comprehensive cardiovascular events in the patients after interventional therapy of syndrome complicated with coronary slow flow in aged acute coronary. Methods 60 cases of acute coronary 2009.1~2012.12 in our hospital were selected between the syndrome were complicated with coronary slow flow of old as the study group,select the same period in 57 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome in elderly patients as control group,two groups of patients were treated by interventional treatment,comparison of ef icacy of the two groups of patients, fol ow-up of 1 years,the incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups of statistics.Results From the comparison of curative ef ect,the study group patients with total ef ective rate was 95%(57/60),and 96.5%in the control group(55/57)compared with no significant dif erence( >0.05);from the fol ow-up situation of cardiovascular events in patients of the study group, the incidence rate of 31.7%(19/60),significantly higher than the control group 14%(8/57),with significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion Acute coronary syndrome were complicated with coronary slow flow in elderly with curative ef ects of interventional therapy is bet er,but the incidence of cardiovascular events is higher,should pay more at ention to these patients,preventive measures.关键词
