摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical ef icacy of retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy of adrenal tumors.Methods Between March 2007 and June 2014,The 75 cases of adrenal tumors who underwent Retroperitoneal adrenalectomy.The clinical data of 75 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operation was performed successful in al cases,without conversion to open surgery.The tumor size ranged from 1.5~8.6 cm(mean 2.8 cm).The operative time was 40~160 min(mean 75 min),and the blood loss was 20~110 mL(mean 41.5 mL).The postoperative hospital stay was 3~8 days(mean 5.6 d).The patients were fol owed up for 3~24 months.No recur ent tumor was found.Conclusion It was ef ective and safe by retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumors,which is safe,reliable,and less invasive,wil become the first choice for the treatment of adrenal tumors.关键词
