摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the role of denture planting in prosthodontics,and assess ed its clinical ef icacies.Methods 36 patients who needed denture implanting were randomly divided into two groups,each was 18 cases.Activity group were car ied out mobile denture implanting while the fixation group were given steady denture implanting.Abutment bleeding index and degrees of patients'satisfaction were juxtaposed and analyzed.Results After the repairs,activity group's abutments bleeding index was significantly lower than those of fixed group,while the degrees of patients'satisfaction in activity group was obviously higher than the fixed group',there were statistical y significant dif erences ( <0.05).Conclusion In case of oral cavity repair,the clinical ef icacy of active denture implanting is evidently higher than those of the set ed denture implanting.And it can improve the planting cure rate.关键词
