基层医院开展人文关怀护理前后住院患者满意度调查
Satisfaction Survey of Inpatients and the Humanistic Nursing in Basic Hospital

Abstract
Objective To assess the inpatients’satisfaction with care received before and after the adoption of humanistic care nursing,in order to gauge the ef ect of humanistic care nursing on patient satisfaction.Methods Four pilot wards of medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics,respectively,where humanistic care nursing was adopted,were surveyed with nursing service satisfaction evaluation sheets and the responses before and after the adoption were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively.Results The incorporation of humanistic care into nursing practice greatly enhanced patient satisfaction, making a statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.01).Conclusion By embodying the patient-centered nursing philosophy and the idea of humanistic care and personalized service,the adoption of humanistic care nursing can ef ectively enhance patients’satisfaction with nursing service.关键词
