摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the intraoperative application depends on the stomach and check the ef ect and safety of intravenous anesthesia.Methods From Feb.2012~Sept.2014 in our hospital 110 cases in patients,randomly divided into observation group and control groupits (n=55),the observation group with etomidate intravenous anesthesia,the control group with propofol intravenous anesthesia, compared to observe the ef ect and safety of two groups.Results Observation group was bet er than control group,dif erence has statistical significance ( <0.05).In terms of safety,statistical y significant dif erences in group,significantly lower than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion With stomach and check operation,the use of an etomidate intravenous anesthesia obviously the ef ect and safety bet er than propofol,worthy of clinical use.关键词
