Abstract
Objective To study the clinical use of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia ef ect.Methods 68 cases of senile dementia patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014 was analyzed,These patients were grouped into two group B,group A patients using conventional treatment,a group of patients with the use of donepezil hydrochloride in a foundation,car ies on the contrast analysis of the clinical ef ect of treatment of two groups of patients.Results After the treatment, and the ability to live the group of patients with mental state improved without B group, B group patients were relatively high, so the treatment ef ect is good ( <0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with dementia in clinical use of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of the disease, have been greatly improved, clinical promotion use the drugs for treatment.关键词
