Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of phacoemulsification for cataract surgery and clinical features of postoperative endophthalmitis.Methods In our hospital in recent 5 years were 4326 cases (5729 eyes)accepted the operation treatment in patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the group of patients with endophthalmitis in 7 cases (8 eyes),endophthalmitis occur ed in 0.16%.Conclusion Avoid intraoperative rupture of posterior capsule,an important way of clinical incidence of postoperative endophthalmitis.关键词
